Pius Heinz wins WSOP Main Event 2011

Pius Heinz new World Champion of Poker!

The German Pius Heinz has won the 2011 WSOP main event winning a total of $ 8,715,638, it took 10 days and almost 4 months for a starting field of 6,865 players and remained just one!

In the final there were three players Pius Heinz of Germany, the Czech Republic Martin Staszko and Ben Lamb from the U.S.A. The final duel was between Pius Heinz and Martin Staszko, the heads lasted 130 hands with a duration of about five and a half hours.

The prizes of the "November Nine" were as follows:
