Born on August 11, 1977 in Alberta, Canada, Kara Scott is a professional poker player, Scott moved to the UK in 1999 and worked in the British media until 2009 when she moved to California, where she hosted the tv show "backgammon" in conjunction with Magriel Paul and John Clark. Kara was also the host of "Poker Night Live" and has written several articles for the "Poker Player Magazine" and "CardPlayer Magazine."

 

She has participated as a player in several poker tournaments broadcasted on live TV. She won the "celebrity heat" Party Poker in 2007, and in 2008 won the "PartyPoker Sports Star Challenge" so it is not surprising that Kara Scott is sponsored by Party Poker! In 2010, her total earnings from live poker tournaments exceeded the $ 550,000.
