Jennifer Harman

Jennifer C. Harman-Traniello born November 29, 1964 in Reno, Nevada is a U.S. professional poker player sponsored by Full Tilt Poker.

 

Harman won her first WSOP bracelet in 2000 in the event "No Limit Deuce to Seven Lowball" (a final table that also included Lyle Berman and Steve Zolotow). She had never played poker before this kind of event, but received an explanation session of five minutes before playing it by Howard Lederer. She won her second WSOP bracelet in 2002 in the event of "$ 5K Limit Hold 'em" (the event included Mimi Tran, Humberto Brenes, and Allen Cunningham). She was the first woman to win two WSOP bracelets, record only equaled by Vanessa Selbst, in 2012.

 

The Initial Decision Harman to play poker professionally separated her from her father, but after years of little or no contact, they reconciled their differences. In 2004, Harman moved away for a year from poker to have her second kidney transplant. Since her return to the circuit of poker tournaments, Harman finished 4th in the World Poker Tour Five-Diamond World Poker Classic, 5th in the inaugural Professional Poker Tour, and 2nd in Event "WSOP Circuit Championship Event at the Rio ".
